The assignment will be done as soon as a first proof of work appears - so open a pullrequest early.
This early pullrequest, if not complete, should be titled "[WIP] docs: list responsibilities and capabilities", and it should be opened as a "draft pullrequest".

@HmbleCreator feel free to pullrequest as "draft" as soon as you have something, so we could discuss the proposed outcome. no need to finish all the docs, better have an unfinished/early review mot-term, than pushing a wall of text that takes ages to review ;-)
