Describe the defect

Inconsistent use of variables {hash}, {hashFunction} and {hashAlgorithm} to define algorithm variants in in the Cryptography Registry. Expected consistent use of the variable {hashAlgorithm} to avoid confusion.

Additional context

The issue is data-quality / naming defect in the Cryptography Registry and can be fixed without changing schema behavior or introducing new algorithms.
