[FEATURE]: Add KangarooTwelve and TurboSHAKE to Cryptography Registry

Describe the feature

KangarooTwelve and TurboSHAKE are currently missing from schema/cryptography-defs.json. This issue proposes adding these algorithms to the Cryptography Registry.

Specifications

KangarooTwelve and TurboSHAKE both are an extendable‑output function (XOF) built on the Keccak permutation, which is also the foundation of SHA‑3.
