finding a job as a Smart Contract/Blockchain engineer

Hey guys,

Do you find hard to find a job as a SC dev now? The bar is really high as I see, because there is no any position for guys that dont have 2+ working experience in the industry.. I keep practicing, and building my projects, but seems really hard, kind impossible to find a job

What is your experience?

Just to outline, I have BSc in Electrical Engineering, but I have no working jobs as software dev in my previous roles

I will say build more solid project that solves real problems for you or for anyone, and then participate in hackathons, attend programmer events if you can, and send as many applications as you can. surely you may land a job.

Yep , I have 1 year + experience ..worked with few org , won few major web3 hacks , Few security audits got verified ...then i got decent work
it s really getting tuff

Indeed, it gets tougher, but we get stronger as well.
