I think that Revert should not be called here, as it would prevent users from partially repaying their debt while in a liquidation state (health factor < 1). Burning DSC should always be allowed to help improve their account health. I'm really happy to hear your thoughts.

Agree. Blocking burnDsc() when health factor < 1 would trap users in bad debt. Letting them burn DSC helps improve their position and can prevent further liquidation. Revert makes sense in minting, but not here.
