Foundary or Hardhat before taking the security course when having a project almost completed

Given that I already have a Hardhat Dapp project with a frontend for my university but feel I haven’t fully mastered Dapp development, I’m considering two options: Should I take the Foundry course and potentially switch my project to Foundry, or should I complete the 32-hour Hardhat course to strengthen my skills and then follow up with a security and auditing course? Which approach would you recommend?

That 32-hour Hardhat course is kind of outdated as of now, and the Foundry course is more up-to-date, so maybe consider Foundry, but it is fine if you proceed with the 32-hour course.
