@Billyone9, I truly understand you. I get the same fear when I think about AI after months of study. But remember, as the capabilities of chatGpt, Gemini, etc., grow exponentially, our own capabilities grow at the same rate, not only in terms of learning, but also in the limitations we can overcome with these AI tools. All technological advancements in history have been incredibly positive for those who have taken advantage of them, and not so much for others. Have faith, my friend. |

I've spent over six months learning smart contract security, but due to challenges like constant electricity issues and other difficulties, my studies haven't been going as well as they should. However, that's not even my biggest problem. What really worries me is that after doing some research, I've come to realize that in the near future, AI will likely replace most smart contract developers and security experts.
This realization is what made me start reconsidering my path. All signs are pointing to a future where what I’m learning now might not be in demand anymore—people might no longer need humans to audit contracts. Because of that, I'm now seriously thinking about quitting my studies in smart contract security.
The problem is, even though I'm stepping away from it, I don't know what direction to take next. My mind feels blocked, and I’m not sure how to move forward or what to pivot into.
