you have to then find aderyn binary locally (see inside $HOME/.cargo ) then add it to $PATH |

This person also uses WSL and he seems to have gotten it. So maybe not a windows issue But I don't know...will look into it |

I ran aderyn . in git bash, and it seems working fine but report without any details.
