Installation process changes

The user guide should be updated to reflect changes in the installation process.

Which parts changed? We want to move from conda to uv, and the installation script that the advanced installation script refer to were removed as well.

Shall we add the installation process on Mac as well? #48 #638 (and not sure if #449 and #663 were resolved or need documentation)

I manage to resolve the Mac installation issues and now it should work with pip install for the python module. See 7b69f35

@yingjerkao The new commit installs the package in users' home directory which seems not a common default installation process. I removed CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX from presets JSON before: #611 to respect the default value. Maybe we should remove the setting of CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX in CMakeLists.txt although the value set before is the default value of CMake. And I wonder why the preset for apple is needed? They seems the same with the other presets.

The current CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX points to /usr/local/lib which requires root access normally. In principle, that was designed for the C++ cytnx library installation globally and /usr/local/lib is among the default search path. Since we are going for the python route, it should not matter.

When building by pip install, CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is override by scikit-build to a temporary folder. As a result, the setting of CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX in CMakeLists.txt and CMakePresets.json don't take effects and can be removed.

I recommend keep it in the CMakeLists.txt as people might use the C++ API.
