I suggest the following changes/additions for a greater experience:

1. A button to kill the widget activity on the widgets page, in case anyone want's to test multiple widgets;
2. A favorite widgets section, for a faster finding;
3. A reminder after updates, especially for dev versions, to remind people to check auto-start settings (since they sometimes get removed by OS);
4. Widgets section could have a "compatible" toggle which will show mostly 2x4 and 1x4 widgets which I find working the most with island design without cutting content or misfits;

Probably not possible but worth the try:

1. Widgets access design from ap vault widgets (like weather) since they have the right dimensions and designs for island;
