Revert "Merge pull request #15 from DACCS-Climate/bump-1.1.1"

This reverts commit 6953e31, reversing
changes made to f27a9a4.

This reverts the manual bump from version 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 so that the new
automatic versioning mechanism.
