Adding new datasets

Check the CENTS docs for the timeseries dataset formulation, and identify additional timeseries datasets with timeseries specific metadata (either cont. or discrete) labels available, the more the better.

Also does not have to be energy domain specific, although that would be cool. Look into the papers referenced in #14 and check the datasets used for similar problem formulations.

Would be great to establish benchmarks across datasets other than PecanStreet.
