Datasets not downloadable

Hey there!

I am trying to get the Colab demo working for a research project but trying to run the cell to download datasets (ie. the line trainset, testset = get_demo_dataset()) throws HTTP Error 403: Forbidden.

Is there a way around this? Thanks!
