Clean up VideoCard title and subtitle texts

• currently, we display "share" links on resource pages for facebook and twitter. clarify if we want to keep/adapt/extend these. created separate issue for this in Display "share on bluesky/linkedin" links on resource pages #1564
• we should review schema.org metadata we provide to web crawlers. last time we looked at this, google did not yet support "LearningResource", but now it does. UPDATE: google has removed LearningResource from supported types a month ago
• currently, <VideoCard> components allow a title and an optional subtitle, but what kind of text is expected on these attributes is unclear - some have just "Click here to view" on either title or subtitle.

Re point 1 - DARIAH has moved away from Twitter/X and now has profiles on LinkedIn and BlueSky, so we should probably encourage our users to also share via these platforms. However, while DARIAH doesn't necessarily use X anymore, many of our users probably still do, and it would be good to at least spread some actual factual information throughout that platform. So I wouldn't necessarily want to remove the 'share' link for X (or Facebook).

Re point 2 - I'm not sure what is best here, that might be a @ttasovac question

Re point 3 - I think 'Click here to view' as a standard text for a subtitle is perhaps best. I think that was put in as the default in any case.

Agree with @VickyGarnett. Let's keep X and Facebook + add LinkedIn and BlueSky.

@stefanprobst it sounds to me like we definitely should supply the info to the crawlers about the type of resources we offer...

As for video card titles and subtitles, the idea is to have some flexibility. We should use the title for something like "Interview with Blah" or "Digital Editions and AI" and subtitle for a call for action (Click to view...)
