User story
As an author, I want to upload an image, place hotspots, and attach explanatory content to each from the CMS.

Scope

• Single image with multiple hotspots.
• Hotspot content: text + optional embedded media.

Functional requirements

• Upload image and define hotspot positions.
• Hotspot content editor (title + body).
• Learner clicks/taps hotspots to reveal additional content (see open questions)

Learner UX

• Click on hotspot reveals panel.
• Works on touch devices.
• Accessibility: keyboard access to hotspots + alternative list view?

Open questions

• Should hotspot panels be inline, modal, or side panel?
