Description
Create a guided form that produces a downloadable learner artefact (e.g., “institution readiness note”).

- Can be used for classroom activities or workshop discussions etc.
User story
As an author, I want to configure a multi-step form so learners can generate a structured document they can download.
Scope
- Multi-question form with text inputs.
- Output: downloadable document (see open questions)
Functional requirements
- Author defines sections, prompts, and optional helper text.
- Learner completes form
- Download button generates document with course branding.

- Form builder with section + question blocks.
- Preview output template.
Learner UX
- Clear progress indicator.
- Preview?
- Click to Download output.
Open questions
- Preferred output format (PDF/DOCX)? Markdown is probably the easiest, but I'm not sure how used it is by non-developers.
