Major update

- changed the half-cycle correction section into a within-cycle correction section and implemented Simpson's 1/3rd rule.
- created a function to create this WCC in our brand new darthtools package
- changed the effectiveness of treatment B from OR to HR
- Updated notations on number of cycles
