Update and consolidate user end documentation

Update and consolidate user end documentation; this includes incorporating feedback from users who have (semi) recently used Rodan for the first time using the draft version found here. This also includes:

• updating the various links here and at the Rodan wiki
• updating the GitHub landing with accurate information
• linking the above to the correct wikis here and at the Rodan repository
