Computer won't sleep when plugged in?

I'm on Windows 11, and this device keeps my computer awake unless I unplug it. I have already checked the power settings for the device, but even making sure "let this device wake the computer" is unchecked and making sure "let the computer power this device down to save energy" is checked, it still keeps the computer awake.

Any insight on how to let it sleep properly without having to unplug it?

I have the same issue, the screen wont go dark. Even screensaver wont trigger
