Issue about the path "\\?\...."

Sorry for ask the simple question for u maybe.
i am a rookie trying to install archlinux on windows10 system,but i encounter such question:
when i type this order in powershell terminal to install archlinux

LxRunOffline i -n ArchLinux -f D:\Download\archlinux-bootstrap-2022.11.01-x86_64.tar.gz -d G:\wsl -r root.x86_64

it shows that error

[ERROR] Couldn't set the case sensitive attribute of the directory "\?\G:\wsl\rootfs".
Reason: The request is not supported.

i look for whether there are similar issue in issues
i found that issue #150 seems to be the solution and you gave an this build: https://ddosolitary-builds.sourceforge.io/LxRunOffline/LxRunOffline-v3.5.0-11-gfdab71a-msvc.zip
but now the url is invalid
i dont know whether my problem is the similar type or not
