Design improvment and Tooltips for Map-Tools

The maps Plugin brings a lot of useful functions to Spacialist.

But I am (or some of my users are) missing one small thing: when hovering over the Tool-Icons on the right side of the map, a tooltip explaining the functionality of the icon would be helpful for some users.

When already touching the icons: they are a little bit misplaced and are laying not entirely inside the (openstreet)map. It would look nicer, if they could be aligned with the little information-icon from Openstreetmap. See the attached Screenshot.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll be working on the map plugin in the next weeks and keep it in mind ;)
