The homeless services eco-system is transforming in some hopeful directions. For example, there are so many fantastic efforts in the policy/program/funding space, and we are seeing so many resources come to the Los Angeles area to address the homelessness/housing crisis more than ever.
Looking for someone with interest in service design/research/design to plan, run, and analyze research and create wireframes and design to identify ways to address the challenges facing the critical Case Manager role within the homeless services ecosystem.
You will be working with a volunteer team outside of DIA.
