Replace MSI/DMG installers with NVM-style binary distribution v0.4.12

- Created new build-binaries.yml workflow for raw binary distribution
- Disabled old build-installers.yml workflow (MSI/DMG/DEB/RPM)
- Updated bootstrap installers to download and install binaries directly
- Bootstrap installers now work with version management system
- Updated README.md and INSTALL.md with new installation URLs
- Binaries are versioned and include checksums
- Supports Windows (.exe), macOS (universal), and Linux (x64)
- Installation creates versioned directories for NVM-style management
- Automatic PATH management for all platforms
