We solved it ourselves. In the 8.0.39 version, theme need to be defined with "crisp" in CS. |

After upgrading to 8.0.39, the web portal https://dirac.ihep.ac.cn/DIRAC/ can't display correctly. It looks like missing default theme for CSS. After we added theme mannually in the url https://dirac.ihep.ac.cn/DIRAC/?theme=Crisp, the web portal looks good.
I am not clear what is changed from 8.0.24 to 8.0.39 on web. Any changes on configuration of web?
