Add support for UI Scale for CardinalNative

Rack2 added UI Scale under View menu in 2.6.1

Having this for Cardinal Native would be welcome for those of us with large monitors.
Currently in Rack2 using my 32" monitors, I have UI Scale = 150% and Zoom = 100%.

Example:
PS C:\Cardinal> .\CardinalNative.exe pixelRatio = 1.5
