Dexed preset list has empty strings in Carla #111
Description
The dexed port does not populate Carlas rack preset drop down menu correctly. The entries are all empty strings, but they change the sound if you select one.
The list remains empty, even if you select a different virtual "Cartridge".
In the Dexed GUi all presets have names.
(Not sure if this is Carla or Dexed. But since other synths fill the Carla dropdown correctly I'll take my chances with Dexed.lv2 port)
