areas without annotation ?

First, I want to thank Xview team for releasing this very large and high quality dataset.

Then, I was wondering if there where in the "features file" some polygon corresponding to areas WITHOUT annotations that should better not to be used (at least for testing).

Indeed, in some image, it seems that some parts are not annotated.
For example in 1346.tif, "cars" are annotated in the left up corner area but not in the right bottom one.
