手动在debian 下进行部署，无法按照部署文档完成。

增加了代理，可以正常访问 google 和 github，再次安装报 Error: ERROR: Failed to set up Chrome v122.0.6261.57! Set "PUPPETEER_SKIP_DOWNLOAD" env variable to skip download.

增加环境变量 export PUPPETEER_SKIP_DOWNLOAD=true 后，继续出错。
