Rate limiting on Twitter user feed #14377

What feature is it?
Hello!
I want to better understand current rate limits on using /twitter/user/<user> on one twitter account?
Perhaps, if it's low – I would love to be able to add multiple accounts, so the RSSHub could possibly loop through them for me, and use those which are currently not rate-limited.
What problem does this feature solve?
I am looking to have around 5-10k user feeds, and want to loop on them on a certain basis(every 2-4 hours at this point), and want to understand, whether the solution with one account would be enough(assuming not) for this.

Let me know, if that's possible, and I can perhaps contribute and add support for looping through accounts.
This is not a duplicated feature request or new RSS proposal
- I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature has not already been requested and this is not a new RSS proposal.
