澎湃新闻 /thepaper/featured 路由出现 403 Forbidden，主要原因是目标网站的反爬虫措施升级，当前实现没有设置自定义 headers 或 cookies，容易被识别为爬虫而被拒绝访问。相关文档说明

可以尝试以下方法：

1. 配置 User-Agent：设置环境变量 UA，模拟真实浏览器（如 Chrome）访问。配置参考
2. 使用代理：配置 PROXY_URI 等相关环境变量，切换 IP，规避 IP 封禁。配置参考
3. 补充请求头：如有能力可在全局 fetch 配置中补充 Accept、Referer、Accept-Language 等 headers，模拟真实浏览器请求。
4. 尝试 ?old=yes 参数：部分情况下可用 /thepaper/featured?old=yes 路由，切换旧模式抓取内容。
5. 服务器本地测试：用 curl/wget 在服务器上直接访问 https://m.thepaper.cn，确认是否 IP 被封禁。
6. 开启 debug 日志：观察请求详情，定位被拒绝的具体原因。

如果上述方法都无效，可能需要用 Puppeteer 等无头浏览器方案重写路由，模拟完整浏览器环境，但目前官方未实现此功能。类似问题与建议

相关代码和配置均在 RSSHub 全局生效，路由本身不支持单独设置 headers/cookies。更多细节可参考官方文档和部署配置说明。
