你的问题很可能是由于 RSSHub 的 Docker 镜像在 2025-10-25 之后启用了 zstd 压缩，而 Docker v20.10.5（Unraid 6.9.2 默认版本）并不完全支持 zstd 压缩格式的镜像层，导致拉取时出现 archive/tar: invalid tar header 报错。这一问题已被其他用户在 Synology NAS 等平台上反馈，说明不是个例，而是兼容性问题。参考

目前可行的解决办法有：

1. 继续使用 2025-10-24 及以前的镜像，这些镜像未启用 zstd 压缩，可以正常拉取和运行。
2. 升级 Docker 至 24.0 及以上版本，新版本对 zstd 压缩支持更好，能正常拉取新版镜像。
3. 本地自行构建镜像：如果无法升级 Docker，可以 clone RSSHub 源码并在本地用 docker build 构建镜像，这样不会受到远程仓库 zstd 压缩的影响。

目前官方镜像没有提供不带 zstd 压缩的“legacy”或“nozstd”标签。如果你无法升级 Docker，建议采用前两种方式之一。

Update your Docker host OS. According to the Unraid docs, Unraid 6.12.8, which was released in February 2024, comes with Docker 24.0.9. This is to be expected when one chooses to stick with outdated software.
