Zoom Levels, Interesting question

I am wondering how to overcome the issues where if you set a very high maximum zoom level lets say 100x on a double tap, which works fine

When you zoom from this level it jumps to a much lower level as if there is a manual maximum level that is clamped and will not go to the set value of 100X

In manual zoom the maximum level of 100x is not achievable,

Interested to see if there is a fix or something im missing,
