Individual boolean cuts for control devices

In a discussion in PR #1109 the idea came up to make separate boolean cuts for every flap instead of a boolean fuse and then one cut.

"Currently, the control surface cutout shapes are first fused individually one-by-one to one big cutout shape, which is then removed from the wing (if I am not mistaken). Building the cutout shape take quite a long time and I wonder if we can improve the performance here by doing n Boolean cuts instead of n Boolean fuses and then one big complicated cut. But we would have to experiment if we actually gain anything from it I suppose. "

The LEDs and TEDs are cut out of the wing shape (first Boolean op) before the calculation of the wing with cutouts (second boolean op). We can likely improve the performance of the generation of the wing with cutouts by reusing the PaveFillers from the first Boolean op in the second Boolean op.
