Add new attributes to members

Club members need more attributes:
- should tagable
- **status** field with values **proposal**, **active** and **terminated**
- birthday (from contact)
- gender (from contact)
- **payment option** with values **SEPA** and **bank giro**
- Honorary Member
- Free of charge

Values from contact should be visible in members views
