User not able to edit own post

Describe the bug

On DNN Community Site, non-admin users unable to edit their own posts, despite security being correct.
Shows "quote" link but not "Edit".
On a new install/clean site, this is working OK.

Software Versions

• DNN: 09.13.09
• Module: 09.00.03

This is correct behavior. The module settings for "edit interval" is set for 30 minutes; users need to wait before being able to edit.
