Unable to access the bugzilla URL where old issues were reported

Hi Team,

We are still using ACE 5.2.1 in our application and captured all issues that were reported against this version from the URL "http://bugzilla.dre.vanderbilt.edu/". For ex, the bug id 4220 [bugzilla.dre.vanderbilt.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=4220 "make void ACE_Module::next(ACE_Module*) a 'virtual' method". Now this URL is not accessible now. Can you please guide us where these old issues were captured in the github?

Works again, was taken done temporarily because a lot of web crawlers where causing a huge amount of traffic
