[SUPERTICKET] code.json in Metrics Site

Problem

Now that we have code.jsons in all of our DSACMS repositories and are looking to add this file across CMS ecosystem, we would like to add this information to the metrics website. This unlocks many opportunities to share project metadata and improve the way we story-tell our software in reports

Solutions

Backend tasks

• Add code.json to backend (I think this is done?)
• Identify metrics to add organization reports using aggregated code.json metadata from all repositories. Add to backend.

Frontend tasks

• Create mockups to add code.json metadata to repository reports. Implement frontend.
• Create mockups to add new aggregated code.json metrics to organization reports. Implement frontend.
• Add information on CMS code.json and metadata to home page or a separate page
