Clarify "Pull Requests" in the summary calculations #52
Description
What I observed
In the weekly repo metrics, it's not clear to me what is being communicated by the Pull Requests: metric:
Is this PRs opened? PRs closed? PRs merged? PRs updated?
Additionally, I was not able to recreate the reported calculation using filters on the NPD repo ref
Proposed Solution
Specify what pull request stat (opened, closed, merged, and/or updated) is being reported and validate that the summary calculation supports that specific stat
Note: I think there's probably value in reporting PRs opened and PRs merged
