Sherpa Romeo new name and translations

Sherpa Romeo changed it's name. According to: https://www.sherpa.ac.uk/romeo/
«Sherpa services is now Jisc's open policy finder»

Expected behavior

For better coherence, translations should be changed from Sherpa Romeo to Open Policy Finder.

Good afternoon @paulo-graca! as per your request, I have made available a PR where the name “Sherpa Romeo” has been changed to “Open Policy Finder”. But there is another key that contains the word “Romeo” and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for it.
