Dropdown/lookup & lookup-name values are reset when hitting enter

Describe the bug

Hitting the enter key in the submission forms causes the first dropdown/lookup or lookup-name to reset their value.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select a value from the first dropdown/lookup or lookup-name field in your form
2. Hit enter in one of the other submisson form fields
3. The value in your dropdown/lookup or lookup-name field has been reset

Expected behavior

The value should stay unchanged when hitting enter
