Edit item page, bitstreams tab: when using the table pagination the bitstreams tables keep being duplicated

Describe the bug

When using the pagination of bundle bitstreams in the Edit item pages tables keep duplicating every time the page changes.
This issue is present in 8.1 and has been replicated in the dspace demo site (screenshot attached)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to edit item > Bitstreams tab
2. Upload enough dummy files to trigger pagination
3. Use pagination to change table pages

Expected behavior

A single table is displayed with the chosen page selected
