Unable to handle integer types as script option

Describe the bug

If a script contains an integer parameter, we are unable insert the input.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use OpenAlex Integration #4017 as backend.
2. Select import-loader-suggestion process
3. Add max parameter

Expected behavior

The integer parameters should be selectable
