Unable to change bitstream format

Describe the bug

When editing a bitstream of an item and trying to change the format, DSpace shows that it was executed and saved the value, however, it continues to show the previous value (DSpace 9 - Testathon).

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in as administrator;
2. Go to my space;
3. Select a submitted item;
4. Edit item;
5. Open bitstream tab;
6. Edit "BUNDLE: ORIGINAL";
7. Change file format.

Expected behavior

The selected format should be the format saved and displayed.

Hi @DanGastardelli ! I try to reproduce, and it seems this is only a cache issue. once the format is changed, if the page is reloaded the correct changed format is displayed.
