Broken pagination on the "Select bitstreams" modal of the "Access Control" tab

Describe the bug

The pagination on the "Select bitstreams" modal of the "Edit Item > Access Control" page does not work. It displays all bitstreams of the ORIGINAL bundle of the item, instead of just the first 5. The pagination buttons and header are correct though. Reproducible on demo.

To Reproduce

1. Upload a lot of bitstreams to the ORIGINAL bundle of an item (at least 6)
2. Go the /edit/access-control page of that item.
3. In the right column, switch "Bitstreams", select "0 bitstreams selected", click the looking glass icon.
4. Notice that all bitstreams are displayed, instead of the first 5.
5. The "Now showing 1 - 5 of X" header remains correct though, as do the buttons.

Expected behavior

You should only see 5 bitstreams per page. Switching between pages should display the next set of bitstreams.
