The info in the RSS feed are not the same as on the homepage. The Recent submissions are different than those in the RSS feed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://sandbox.dspace.org/home
2. Follow the RSS icons from the homepage
3. Observe that the RSS feed is different than recent submissions.

Expected behavior

The presented RSS feeds should load, and the information presented should be as recent as the submissions on the homepage

Verified. It looks like the RSS link on the homepage is incorrect. It sends you to a "Title Ascending" RSS feed: https://sandbox.dspace.org/server/opensearch/search?format=atom&sort=dc.title&sort_direction=ASC&query=*&rpp=10

But, it should instead be an RSS feed sorted by date.accessioned descending:
https://sandbox.dspace.org/server/opensearch/search?format=atom&sort=dc.date.accessioned&sort_direction=DESC&query=*&rpp=10

So, the link is just incorrect. This is likely an easy thing to fix, but needs a volunteer
