Button still says "subscribe" after subscription

Describe the bug

DSpace 9.0
After a user clicks "subscribe" to follow a collection, the button does not update to reflect the new state. It continues to display "subscribe" instead of changing to "unsubscribe".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a subscribable item
2. Click the "subscribe" button.
3. Observe that the action is successful.
4. Notice that the button does not update and still says "subscribe".

Expected behavior

The button label should change to "unsubscribe" once the user is subscribed, to reflect the new action available.
