Screen Blinks When Loading Statistics View #4204

Describe the bug
When navigating to the Statistics view, the screen blinks/flashes during the initial load. At first, only the numeric data is visible, and then after a brief delay, the rest of the content appears. This results in a jarring visual experience and makes the UI feel unpolished.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://sandbox.dspace.org/statistics
- Notice that only the numeric values appear first, followed by a visual "blink" when the full content finishes loading.
Expected behavior
The entire statistics view should load smoothly, ideally with a loading indicator or fade-in transition.
