Add more information in Admin Workflow tasks

Currently the items in Workflow/Workspace items only shows:
For Workflows:

And for Workspaces:

We would like to see for Workflows the step of the item in the workflow, the Eperson who has claimed the task/ and the collection that the item belongs and optional submiiter.

For workspaces we would like to see also the information of the submitter and the collection.

The new information added should be something like:

Workflow:

The submitter could be optional.

Workspace:

Some Admin users find that information usefull as it makes it easier to follow where in Workspace/Workflow the item is and, if needed, to impersonate that person or contact that eperson if the item doesn't have been updated/finalizes for some time.

@fribeiro-fccn : I agree with this overall, but I'd suggest that extra information appear above the buttons on the right of the thumbnail. Essentially, it'd be better to display it right after the title / abstract, as there's blank space just above the buttons. Displaying it to the right of the buttons will likely make the page too wide for small screens.
