Confirmation field before deleting a community/collection

A user tried to delete a group of permissions on the authorizations tab of a collection. They pressed the "Delete this collection" button instead of the "Delete selected" button and clicked through without realizing their error. There is no further confirmation to delete a collection of hundreds of items besides those two buttons (from the authorizations page, from the collection/community page it's three buttons).

Describe the solution you'd like

A field that requires a user to type in a phrase like "DELETE THIS COLLECTION/COMMUNITY" before the collection/community is actually deleted. Currently, only a few button clicks are required to delete communities/collections.

Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered

Although this has only happened once in the past decade of using the platform, and it can be restored, it's potential impact has us considering how to prevent it. Users with certain permissions will always have this as an option, and therefore there's no workaround that we can devise ourselves.

Additional information

If possible, allow super admins to customize the phrase that has to be typed in the field before deletion is approved.

@InkOnCheapPaper : Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but on the Demo Site (https://demo.dspace.org), there is a confirmation dialog that appears before the Collection is deleted.

Here's what I've tried to do:

1. Visit https://demo.dspace.org
2. Login as the Demo Admin Account. Username: dspacedemo+admin@gmail.com, password: dspace
3. Browse to a Collection with very few items (just so we don't delete anything important)
4. On the Collection page, click the three dot menu and select "Edit this collection"
5. Now, click the "Delete this collection" button. You are sent to a confirmation page that says: "Are your sure you want to delete collection "[name of collection]"? Then you are asked to "Confirm" or "Cancel".

Nonetheless, I do agree it might be better to force the user to enter the Collection name or something to make sure they are reading the page instead of quickly clicking "Confirm". Or perhaps provide a more detailed warning that says something like: "Warning: Pressing 'confirm' will delete all Items contained within this Collection."

I'm going to leave this open for possible volunteers to improve the current behavior. But, I wanted to clarify that there is a confirmation page that appears, but I can understand that it could be easy to ignore on accident.
