[Bug]: Wrong formatting for names in Network connection

Description

I noticed that for CIT and CTB, the names of the data request network connection are not formatted well:

data_requests_for_data_requests_for_cib-app_CIB

It seems like something we want to fix.

Steps to reproduce

Just run with CIB or CTB and check the network monitoring page. Or simply use the generate_module_test for some configurations.

I noticed this in develop.

This is only for the CTB. It can be easily be fixed without passing the descriptor to the user ID.
